Everyone is so nice, the equipment is clean, and the coaches are helpful!

Cool venue to hold a rowing competition. I didn't know what to expect. Hung out at the Shell House, had a hot dog, washrooms were clean. Volunteers were friendly.

Great place to go if you want to get out on the Ottawa River and do some strokin' on an early morn on some flat water...huh??!!!

The best place to row possibly in Canada. Great connection with nature. Flat, calm water and an accurately measured 2km course with markers every 250 metres. Excellent coaching and great people to row with! (and it's dog friendly!)

So relaxing going out in the kayak for a tour here. Easy to park/access the water. Friendly people. Kayak rentals. Usually quite a bit of activity with rowers, kayaks, SUP etc. Access to Lake Ontario just under the hwy. So there are infinate possibilities.

Rowing is an excellent sport for those looking for a nice day on the lake

I've attended a couple weddings here and it's absolutely beautiful. I dont remember the catering team that we had but it was phenomenal. The last time I was here was last Saturday June 3rd, 2023.Such an amazing time, what really stood out to me was the Bar! The Bar catering I recall was, The Bar Guys." Linden was amazing and so quick! He's was amazing with the guests.I highly recommend The Bar Guys if you're booking at the ubc boathouse to be your bar vendors. They use an actual bar instead of those Foldable Tables. The design and how they make the environment look more luxurious then it already is."
